Tasting:

Served at room temperature. Clear, light bronze color. Woody raisin and toasted almond aromas with occasional yeasty whiffs. Dry spicy mouthfeel, very very slightly oxidized, with medium body and a 150-grit texture. Vibrant raisin, bitter lemon and freshly chopped walnut flavors. Bright acidity and a long tart orange and caramel tasting finish. WOW, WOW, the aromas stir images of dusty rooms in 16th century timber structures and the fresh and vivacious sherry tastes are 100% old world elegant. It was SUPERB Sherry.
