Tasting:

Served very slightly chilled. Just at the edge of clear with a dark bronze-garnet color. Sumptuous roasted nuts, caramel and ripe plum aromas. Smooth, dry with quite a light creamy mouthfeel, medium body and a 400-grit texture. Salted nuts, caramel candy and raisin flavors. Crisp acidity that really gave it a lift and a long silky finish with tastes of the old barrels where it was produced. WOW…the rich nutty flavors combined with the luxurious silkiness were absolutely delicious. Exceptional Sherry that was both refined and contemporary.
