Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Clear wheat straw color. Lemon citrus aroma with hints of lavender. Smooth, VERY fresh and lively with just a slight soft creamy mouthfeel, medium body and a 200-grit texture. Flavors of lemon, Florida grapefruit, a glimmer of honey and an unusual edgy mineral. Lots of bright acidity and a long clean tart finish. Outstanding paired with the pesto pizza and equally good drinking after the dinner. The substantive entry and citrus taste were a very excellent combination. A very delicious white wine with tart flavors brisk acidity and mineral taste. Simply as fresh as the mountain air in Northern Italy.
