Tasting:

He said: Chilled before drinking. Very light wheat straw color. Slight Whiffs of apple and floral aromas. Tiny bubbles and nice effervescent mouth-feel. Light apple and fresh picked white peach taste that goes on through the finish and ends with a very slight bitter taste. WOW, dry, festive and fantastic with the strawberries. Good Prosecco and a terrific value.

She said: The wine has a light slightly peach aroma and a similar flavor. It is light bodied, dry and crisp, but has a flatness in the finish which is overrun by the strawberries and sweet cream. At $9 this is an outstanding buy and I would buy it again in a flash. If you want to imagine a step into heaven have this Prosecco with strawberries and whipped cream. This pairing is an absolute YUM!
