Tasting:

He said: Chilled before drinking. Clear wheat straw color. Nice citrus and tropical fruit aromas. Delicious light, bubbly mouth-feel; pear and ginger taste that continues through the bubbly finish. WOW, WOW, WOW what a GREAT Prosecco…DRY, flavorful, complex, well balanced and simply delicious drinking with or without the cheese. A VERY hardy recommendation from me. If you want bubbly and don’t want to spring the big bucks for Champagne this is the answer…it’s festive, light & refreshing and has many of the characteristics of bruit Champagne, but at a fraction of the cost. For the price it’s WAY ABOVE the grocery store Proseccos at only a slight increase in cost. OUTSTANDING Prosecco that’s a TREMENDOUS value. It’s a Kermit Lynch import so it should be widely available in the United States…look around for this one…IT’S A KEEPER!!!

She said: Pale yellow, clear with lots of well spaced thin legs that moved speedily. A refreshing aroma, the taste presented flavors that resonated with the light, refreshing body. Smooth and effervesce wine that went well with the cheese but also sipping and would be great with a fruit dessert (e.g., strawberries). This is a great buy at $16.20!
