Tasting:

He said: Chilled before opening. Clear, Very pale lemon yellow color. Floral and tropical fruit aromas. Hints of sweetness in the initial taste than fruity and bubbly on the palate. Fairly long finish with just the slightest bit of tartness at the very end. Although I don’t like wines with sweetness, this is VERY easy drinking and the sweetness is just like soda pop…but it went down-hill as it warmed up. Just An OK Prosecco and even at $11 it doesn’t get a buy recommendation from me.

She said: Light yellow color, clear, with lots of bubbles and long thin rapidly moving legs spaced at irregular intervals. With a very fragrant bouquet of tropical fruits the wine moves to the palate with lots of fruit flavor and a discernable sweetness. It is light, fruity and every so easy drinking. The finish is disappointing and because it dissolves into too much sweetness especially as it warms up. At $11 it is refreshing and drinkable but there are other Proseccos that are less sweet at the same price point if you are looking for a dryer sparkling wine. If you like sweet wines give this a try but drink it while it’s very cold.
