Tasting:

He said: Chilled before drinking. Crystal clear, salmon color. Abundant damp earth, wet wood and cherry aromas. Smooth, tart, current and red fruit taste and a long dry finish with lots of chalky mineral and crisp acidity. A super delicious Rosé. It was good with the salty pretzels and would benefit from many different foods. A VERY nice Rosé with outstanding bouquet, fantastic flavors and great mouth-feel.

She said: With a full fragrant bouquet this aromatic wine burst onto the palate with multiple layers of fruity flavor. Creamy and smooth, it has a long finish and ends with an acidic note that makes it a good match for many foods. Although not cheap this wine is very good and I recommend it especially for savory accompaniments.
