Tasting:

He said: Opened one hour before drinking. Opaque, but Ruby color with brick red rim. Intense damp earth, leather and plum aromas. Smooth, rich red fruit flavors with hints of pepper that continue through a long dry finish that has lots of dusty mineral. OUTSTANDING Grenache/Sarah blend. OK with the dinner but spectacular alone. Super bouquet, layers of flavors, wonderful freshness and a snappy acidity. A two thumbs up from me and a STRONG buy recommendation. With the Asiago cheese at the end of the dinner it was simply marvelous and I wish we had another bottle to open!!!,

She said: Dark red, opaque, with thick evenly spaced speedy legs. Wonderful spicy fruit aromas leads to a very flavorful taste with hints of wet leather. The wine was smooth, light bodied, with high acidity and soft tannins. The finish was long and carries both the flavors and tannins. It went well with all the dinner except the tomatoes but was outstanding after dinner with a nibble of Asiago cheese. The high points of the wine for me were the aroma and especially the flavor. The biggest negative was the light body.
