He said: Chilled before drinking. Clear, Very, very light salmon color. Strong ripe strawberry and mushroom aromas with hints of citrus. Tart, dry strawberry taste with undertones of limey mineral that continues through a very long even drier mineral finish. OUTSTANDING with the humble hot dogs and even more noteworthy drinking alone. The delicious fresh acidity was a perfect match for the mustard and ketchup on the dogs. The intensity of flavor and the unusual long length of the finish really made it special. Two thumbs up from me and a rosé I would recommend without reservation…it’s one of the best bottles Rosé we have ever had!!!
She said: Pale apricot color, clear, sparse thin slow moving legs. Lots of floral and tropical fruit scents greet the nose and lead to a taste that is smooth, full of flavor with a spicy note and touch of creaminess. The finish was long and ended with a slightly tart taste. Delicious rosé and I would buy again, but it is not a inexpensive at $27.

Guest comments: Right from the start it had a pleasant bouquet and a refreshing flavor that lasts well after finishing a delicious lunch featuring grilled hot dogs with caramelized onions. Rich, spicy and a creamy finish. Noted a peppery taste. Delicious!
