Tasting:

Opened 30-minuets before drinking. Clear, pale ruby color with a lighter rim. Strong aroma that was packed with licorice, tar, leather and cherry with hints of floral and alcohol on every pour. Dry, soft and light bodied mouth feel; abundant tart cherry flavor and lively acidity continued through the long finish and ended with slightly grippy tannins (VERY light for a Nebbiolo) and mouth-puckering dryness. Explosive flavors and a delicious finish. At this price we don’t find many wines with this much flavor that lasts through the finish. Very “Easy Drinking” young Nebbiolo at a great price.
