Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Clear wheat straw color. Sweet spices, lemon, apricot, nondescript rose and hints of vanilla aromas. Silky smooth, very slightly creamy mouthfeel, heavy medium-full body and a 400-grit texture. Rich pineapple, tart lemon and apricot flavors. Soft acidity and a plush savory finish with a very slight tart spiciness at the end. Rich, substantial Viognier that was full of flavors, less acidity than expected and OUTSTANDING paired with the turkey and Madeira sauce. We called it a succulent and delicious California Viognier.
