Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Clear light wheat straw color. WOW, strong enticing aromas of candy cotton, bubble gum, honeysuckle and tropical fruit. Smooth, tropical off-dry, chalky, light body and a 400-grit texture. Lemon, tart white grapes, guava, apricot and American persimmon (Diospyros virginiana) flavors. Just the right amount of lively acidity to make the wine refreshing and interesting. The finish was filled with chalky limestone mineral and sour dough yeast tastes. Excellent paired with the pesto sauce dinner, but it’s a GREAT light sipping wine. It was just so refreshing and would accompany just about any white wine food. A FANTASTIC VALUE “Every Day” Portuguese white wine.
