Tasting:

He said: Clear straw yellow color. Light wet wood bouquet with hints of ripe sickel pear. Very smooth, creamy vanilla and Granny Smith apple taste, and a medium dry finish with lots of acid. Balanced, refreshing and delicious.

She said: Dark golden color with mild apple bouquet followed by more pronounced apple flavor, with pleasant tannins and acidity lingering into the finish. The blue cheese was not a good choice because it overwhelmed the wine. The wine was great alone and deserved a good accompaniment.
