Recommendation: A bargain Italian Vernaccia.
Paired With: Sipping with peanuts.
He said: My second tasting was exactly the same as my first tasting; however at the low price I’m going to recommend it as a Quality Wine at a Bargain Price. It’s a little rough around the edges, but at this price quite good.
She said: The first sniff plus a sip came across as fruity but subsequent tastes had hints of over ripe apple and minerality. All tastes were smooth and lightly creamy with medium body. The uniqueness may be from the grape which is not familiar to me but after this tasting I want to taste more Vernaccia wine. At under $9.00 it is a BARGAIN wine.
