Tasting:

She said: Clear with numerous thin speedy legs. Mild aroma of gooseberry and english boxwood. The boxwood fades on the palate and the gooseberry and acidity took front stage. Nice feel in the mouth and smooth, followed by a flavorful finish with a tad of tartness to make it interesting. Fabulous with the fish, the effect being heightened by a splash of lemon juice on the fish. It went well with the salad and was a very good sipping wine. A versatile wine that paired well with the dinner and also did well on its own. It would probably pair well with many foods and I would look forward to trying more.
Comments: Purchased from a Sidney, Australia wine shop and consumed in the Britannia Restaurant on board the Cunard Queen Mary 2.
