Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Clear, light wheat straw color. Fresh, grassy, citrus and even a whiff or two of gooseberry and floral aromas. Smooth, lively, dry, intense and a tad oily mouthfeel, light to medium body and a 200-grit texture. Strong, in-your-face lemon, ripe melon, tart grapefruit, and occasional dill flavors. Plenty of fresh crisp acidity and a long lemon and Florida grapefruit tasting finish that ended with a fresh cut green pepper and lime aftertaste. WOW a very fresh and flavorful Sauvignon Blanc. It was simply sumptuous and the fruitiness added charm and desirability. We found it to be an OUTSTANDING Sauvignon Blanc and we can’t wait to taste their Pinot Noir!!!.
