Tasting:

He said: Chilled before opening. Dark garnet color. Delicate raspberry aromas. Light fruit taste that continued through the lingering finish. Lots of flavor, refreshing and delicious. It’s like very good Pinot Noir; but sparkling. Great with the turkey dinner leftovers and great drinking after the meal. This is a wine that could go with all kinds of food and has a “true” festive feel to it. For me it contained much more of the Pinot Noir characteristics than Champagne. Outstanding sparkling wine that is a GREAT value. Two thumbs up for me on this one, it was Spectacular!!!

She said: Light aromas, but this wine more than compensated with its full fruit taste. It has a tiny bit of sweetness and a long tasty finish. It was good with the dinner and GREAT sipping but I think it needed a better pairing. This is a new wine for us, and I have a difficult time adjusting to a red sparkling wine but think it has HUGE potential…I loved it!
