Tasting:

Opened one hour before drinking. Clear, purple/ruby color with a lighter rim. Powerful fruity aromas with lots of damp earth and sautéed mushrooms in the background. Silky smooth, zippy, acidic, medium body and a 600-grit texture. Strong and very fresh tart cherry, red current and raspberry flavors, boatloads of edgy acidity, fantastic structured tannins that all make up a dry, tart, fruity finish that finally ends with just a touch of spiciness. This is a WOW Pinot Noir, so smooth and seductive, very stalwart and with a richness that only Pinot Noir from Burgundy can provide. Simply delicious Pinot Noir.
