Tasting:

Opened one hour before drinking. Clear, light ruby color with the same color rim. Very significant aromas of barnyard that continued prominently all the way through the finish, damp earth, ripe cherry and the smell of leaves on fall morning. Rustic, fresh mouthfeel, very light body and a 150-grit texture. Strong juicy cherry, tart cranberry and mushroom flavors. Lots of bright acidity that really makes the wine lively, soft tannins and a long tart fruit finish. A VERY highly aromatic Pinot Noir that has an immediate character. Noteworthy paired with the flavorful Turkey Tetrazzini and we enjoyed sipping it after the dinner. We called it an unusual and delicious Pinot Noir,
