Tasting:

Chilled before opening. Clear and almost colorless, just the slightest green and wheat straw tint. Light aromas including spring flowers, lemon, peach and fresh apple. Soft entry, dry, creamy mouthfeel, medium body and a 200-grit texture. Tart lemon and grapefruit dominant flavors with lesser amounts of cooked apple and tropical fruit. Overflowing crisp acidity and a medium-length tart lemon and lime finish. Nice Pays d’Oc white wine that’s bursting with crisp freshness. We called it a clean and fresh Vermentino with a bargain price tag.
