Tasting:

He said: Opened 30-minutes before drinking. Clear, ruby red color. Heavy, but not strong damp earth aromas with hints of red fruit. The initial mouth-feel was smooth and medium-body. Light cherry and blackberry flavors that end with with a touch of bitterness and grippy tannins. It was better paired with the turkey Reuben sandwich than drinking alone and in the end it was just an OK Pinot Noir at $13.50.

She said: Almost opaque, garnet red with lots of chubby irregularly spaced, slowly moving legs. Damp earth aromas and mild dusty flavors were accompanied by tannins, dryness, medium body and lively acidity that went well with the Reuben sandwich. The long pleasantly flavored finish and price tag are the best features of the wine.
