Tasting:

She said: Dark ruby red color, almost opaque, with irregularly spaced thin legs moving with determination. With lots of fruity and earthy aromas the wine opens up to a delicious dry wet leather taste with a light body and lots of tannins. The finish was long and held on to the flavors and tannins. An outstanding wine with the dinner, it is an exceptional wine and I would buy it again in a flash.
Comments: This was such good Chianti that we will have to have a blind, side-by-side tasting with our favorite Chianti…Caparsino Chianti Classico Riserva to find the one we like best!!!
