He said: Opened 30 minutes before drinking. Clear, ruby red color. Light plum and blackberry aromas. Smooth dark fruit taste with a little leather and earth that carries through a slightly tart finish with delicious silky tannins. It was the leather and damp earth that made it for me, not the fruit flavor. It finishes dry and has a good balance of flavor, acid and tannins. At this price I didn’t expect much, however at $7.19 it’s a bargain wine. If your drinking red wine at this price point you should rush to Total Wine to get it!!!
