He said: Chilled 20 minutes before opening. Light, just a tad cloudy, purple color. Very, very light dark fruit aromas. Smooth fruit (plum and current) taste, however it has a slight rough mid-palate mouth taste in spite of a slight sweetness. Medium-length tart finish. VERY one dimensional (there are zero layers of flavor) but it is drinkable, especially at the $7.99 price point. This is one of those wines that I would not buy again; however, at this price it’s “not bad” and a reasonable buy at this price…therefore it gets a buy recommendation.
