Tasting:

Opened and decanted one hour before drinking. Clear, but with sediment floating throughout the glass, light brownish/ruby color and a lighter brownish rim. Earthy cherry, cinnamon and hibiscus blossom aromas. Smooth, fresh and savory mouthfeel, light body and a 80-grit texture. Spicy cherry, coke cola and spiced fruit flavors set on a background of mineral tastes. Nice bright acid and powerful grippy tannins that developed into a spectacular tannic fruit finish. Delicious!!!…enticing aromas, intense flavors and vigorous tannins. VERY impressive traditional Nebbiolo that’s a real find. This is one of those special wines you have no idea how good it’s going to be, then is truly SPECTACULAR when the cork comes out. We called it a MEMORABLE Nebbiolo.
