Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Crystal clear, dark golden color. Light aromas of orange zest, ripe melon, honeysuckle and perfectly dried alfalfa hay. The aromas were not abundant, but very distinct and identifiable Now get ready for rich, mellow, dry, full to medium body, a 400-grit texture and the fabulous FRESH flavors of apricot, mango, lemon and honey. Crisp acidity and a long mineral finish that ends with a nutty taste. This is really a WOW, WOW, WOW wine. It drinks like a fresh wine in spite of the 18-year-old vintage, it was approachable and serene and one of best values wines we have had in a long time. SIMPLY OUTSTANDING and a Semillon blend every wine drinker should sample!!!
