Chilled before drinking. Clear, very light wheat straw color. Aromas of Lemon, floral, cinnamon and evergreen boughs on a brisk winter morning. Chalky, smooth, medium body and a 150-grit texture. A cornucopia of flavors including: lemon, green apple, unripe peach, cantaloupe and a glimmer of honey all intertwined with a delicious mineral taste. Crisp acidity and a long tart lemony and mineral finish that goes on and on and ends with a slightly bitter nutty taste. WOW, unusual white blend…that really improved as the bottle warmed to room-temperature. Crisp, energetic, luxurious and delicious. Not inexpensive, but for the quality it’s a bargain. Try this blind…I’ll bet you will not say “California, New World”!!!
