Tasting:

He said: Chilled before opening. Clear with VERY light yellow-green color. Light lime and floral aromas. Very smooth, with just a touch of creaminess to the mouth-feel. Delicious, zesty distinct ripe apple and lemon fruit taste and a long, CRISP dry VERY refreshing finish that has plenty of mineral at the end. It’s definitely a WOW WOW WOW wine and it’s noteworthy to say it’s very different from Riesling from what comes from France or Germany, there is zero sweetness, a yummy fruitiness and a great mineral finish. Perfect with the Indian flavors of the dinner, but equally delicious sipping alone after dinner. This is two thumbs up for me and an OUTSTANDING very delicious dry Italian Riesling.

She said: Very pale yellow, clear, with closely spaced fat legs. Mild slightly fruit aroma followed by substantial fruity flavor with a touch of tartness. Light body and pleasant acidity that created a delightful crispness. Excellent with the dinner. I enjoyed the wine after dinner as a sipping wine but that is probably because it is not a typical Riesling. I am not fond of sweet wines especially Rieslings but this one is not the slightest bit sweet so I loved it. I am sad to see that a Riesling I like is so pricey but it is a very good wine.
