He said: Chilled before opening. Clear, light lemon color with just a touch of green. Ripe tangerine and light lemon aromas. Smooth, crisp and zesty, citrus and granny smith apple taste. Long, dry refreshing finish with lemon and mineral at the end. Simply OUTSTANDING paired with the Indian dinner. And, a dramatic transformation of tastes from the beginning to the end of the finish. At $15.30 this is a great Riesling that’s a super value.

She said: Pale greenish yellow color, clear, with very poky legs. Bouquet was mild and refreshing with floral hints. The floral flavors were much more pronounced and lasted well into the long finish. The wine had medium body and was very smooth, with enough acidity to make it crisp and refreshing. It was absolutely divine with the dinner and I could not ask for a better pairing. The wine complemented the dinner with out overwhelming it and added just enough acidity to balance the spices. Wonderful wine for the dinner and as a sipping wine, although immediately after dinner it tasted a bit sour. That sensation left quickly and the full flavors and taste stood out until the end.
