Tasting:

Slightly chilled before drinking. Bronze color. Abundant raisin, cooked apple, citrus and nutty aromas with intermittent whiffs of yeast and heavy floral. Smooth entry, slightly oxidative mouthfeel, dry, medium body and a 150-grit texture. Flourishing flavors of raisin, over ripe apple and orange with lots of nuttiness and ginger tastes from mid palate on. Luscious edgy acidity and a finish that’s filled with nuts and savory tastes and goes on and on. WOW, quite complex and the balance of sweet fruit, nuts and acidity is simply wonderful and really stimulates the palate senses. Fantastic Amontillado Sherry that’s a GREAT value.
