He said: Opened 30-minutes before drinking. Crystal clear, light wheat straw color. WOW what strong floral aroma…honeysuckle, rose and lots of flower shop smells…it’s like perfumed white wine!!! Quite strong honey mixed with a tad of spice. Perfect balance of sugar and acid that ends with a very slight bitterness that goes all the way through a long finish. Simply a super combination of flavors and acidity. OUTSTANDING with the Thai peanut and slightly spicy flavors of the dinner. It’s jumping-up-and-down good and such a GREAT pairing. A fantastic Alsace Gewürztraminer that’s a GREAT value. Two thumbs up on this one from me.

She said: I now understand why Pooh bear could not resist honey pot because after this wine I can’t either. The strong honey and floral aroma was followed by a full mouth of honey flavor that was balanced by Just the right amount of acidity to make it delicious. Smooth and creamy, the wine had a long tasty finish that ended with a touch of bitterness. It was fabulous with the dinner and complemented the spiciest of the peanut sauce. I recommend it and would buy it again in a flash.
