Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Clear, light wheat straw color with a slight green tint. Fresh Bartlett pears, citrus and jasmine floral aromas. Smooth, VERY FRESH, dry mouthfeel, light body and a 200-grit texture. Tart lemon, pear, tart Granny Smith apple and pineapple fruit flavors. Gobs of bright acidity and a long tart citrus and unusual mineral tasting finish. WOW, WOW, so fresh and refreshing. FANTASTIC VALUE an just a great little “week night” white that’s actually made from an ancient Roman grape variety. We first had this at a wine dinner and immediately picked it out as the value wine of the night. It’s not pretentious, but it’s a sure winner in our book!!! QUALITY wine at a BARGAIN Price.
