Tasting:

He said: Chilled before drinking. Rich golden color. Light but sumptuous fresh-cut apple aroma. Smooth, slightly crisp and with a touch of creaminess in the mouth-feel. Strong crab apple taste with hints of ginger and spice, after mid-palate it grows in tartness right to the end of the medium-long salty finish. At only $14.40 what’s not to like…interesting flavors, excellent food companion and a spirited Italian white wine. Fantastic with the flavorful tortellini and roasted vegetables.

She said: Clear, medium golden yellow color, thin, regularly spaced rapidly moving legs. Mild fruity aroma was followed by a swelling mouthful of flavors accompanied by a smooth and creamy mouth-feel. As the wine passed over the palate a tartness developed that lasted and became the dominant characteristic of the long finish. The wine went well with the dinner and was good sitting alone. A definite bargain at $14.40.
