Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Clear salmon color. Wet wood, damp earth and lusty fresh strawberry aromas with hints of fruit tree blossoms. Smooth, zesty dry Rosé, medium-light body, (but as we drank it the body seemed more substantial) and a 200-grit texture. Rich, almost creamy strawberry, Bing cherry, vanilla, marshmallows and caramel flavors; abundant edgy acidity and a long fruity finish that was dominated by a delicate Florida grapefruit taste. Spectacular paired with the flavors in the strawberry crepes, but a delicious tartness shined through when sipping it without food. Notable crisp and dry Rosé.
