Tasting:

He said: Chilled before opening. Pale green-yellow color. Vanilla, melon and tropical fruit aromas. Quite intense acidic and tart taste and a short finish. Good with the salmon but not so when drinking alone after dinner. I liked the slightly creamy mouth feel but the tart fruit was overwhelming.

She said: Made with one hundred percent Chardonnay grape the wine had a citrus and melon aroma with a hint of vanilla that carried through into its taste. It was good with the salmon but suffered afterwards from a bitterness that fortunately disappeared with the short finish. The pleasure in the wine was definitely enhanced by swirling the glass to fully enjoy the vanilla and melon flavors that are otherwise overwhelmed by the acidity of the wine.
