Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Clear oat straw color with a slight green tint. Rich toasty aromas of quince, lemon, peach and small whiffs of fresh cut apple and rising bread dough. Smooth, dry, slightly creamy, “spring-time” fresh mouthfeel, light body and a rich 200-grit texture. Clearly identifiable flavors of lemon and apple. Crisp acidity that gives a lean character and a unique finish that starts on the toasty side and ends with a mineral taste that continues on and on with a lemony aftertaste. This was a WOW, WOW, WOW Chardonnay!!! It had memorable intensity, upbeat flavors that were in perfect harmony and a noteworthy tangy aftertaste. It was special paired with the Bouillabaisse and even better sipping after the dinner. This was simply STELLAR White Burgundy at a bargain price.
