Tasting:

He said: Served chilled. Very, very light straw color. Very slight floral aromas. Intense citrus taste that goes right on into the medium-length finish. Strong lemon and other citrus flavors along with the crisp acidity and hints of minerality give this un-oaked Chardonnay a VERY REFRESHING signature. Very complementary with all the tastes that go with a turkey dinner.

She said: The lack of aroma might full you into thinking that this is an insipid wine but nothing could be further from the truth. One taste and you know the wine is special. Unoaked, this wine boasts a strong flavor full of lemon and tartness and went especially well with the sausage stuffing. As a bonus, each taste seemed to have an effervesce giving it a bit of a kick. Light bodied and medium dry, with medium long finish this is an excellent wine for a traditional Thanksgiving dinner.
