Tasting:

Chilled before opening. Clear, oat straw color. Strong green apple, citrus, cinnamon and ripe melon aromas. Fresh, slightly creamy, medium body and. 200-grit texture. Cooked Kieffer Pears, tart Granny Smith apple, Florida grapefruit and chalky mineral flavors with hints of honey. Edgy acidity and a medium-length, dry tart apple tasting finish. WOW, this is the Domaine Fourrier’s entry level white Burgundy!!! Excellent paired with the Greek chicken and equally good sipping after the dinner. Clean and fresh Chardonnay with no oak and a finish that was very light and delicious. It was one of those wines that we enjoyed more with every sip, it was just so tantalizing and uncomplicated. Excellent White Burgundy.
