Chilled before drinking. Clear, very, very light oat straw color. Fresh apple, quince and citrus fruit aromas with a wet woody background. Lively, tart and evocative mouthfeel, medium body and an 80-grit texture. Strong spicy apple, quince and lemon fruit flavors all intertwined with lively and edgy acidity. The long alluring finish really applied a capstone with its enchanting array of sumptuous tastes. WOW, this was Like drinking from a clean mountain spring. There is really nothing like Chardonnay from Burgundy…it was just so captivating and delicious. We called it an OUTSTANDING Burgundian Chardonnay.
