Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Crystal clear with a light lemon yellow color. Light ripe apple aroma with hints of lemon, apricot and oxidation. Smooth and tart, but with STRONG oxidation in the mouthfeel, light to medium body and a 150-grit texture. Predominately overripe apple flavor with hints of lemon zest. Nice bright acidity and a long tart apple finish. WOW, was this ever a disappointment!!! The wax seal was tight, the cork looked like it had just been inserted into the bottle yesterday and we just purchased it two months ago. We love Sherry, but not in our Chardonnay!!!
