Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Clear wheat straw color. Zesty aromas of citrus, vanilla, apple and peach. Fresh, silky smooth, slightly creamy and dry mouthfeel, medium to full body and a 200-grit texture. Bountiful flavors including apple, vanilla, lemon, toffee candy and fresh baked pie crust. Medium acidity, but with a strong fresh character and a long powerful tart apple and vanilla tasting finish. Wonderful mouthfeel and so flavorful…an OUTSTANDING Chardonnay that’s an absolute BARGAIN. We both commented that the lack of strong acidity was a very pleasant and distinctive characteristic, it was still light and fresh and made it a simple elegant presentation.
