Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Clear, oat straw color with a very slight pink tint. VERY light (almost non-existing) aroma of lemon grass. Zesty smooth mouth-feel with a medium body and a 200-grit texture. Peach, Florida grapefruit and tropical fruit flavors with a solid mineral background. Edgy acidity that continues through a fruity off-dry finish. Crisp, refreshing and VERY food friendly, but the almost total lack of aromas was very disappointing.
