Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Clear, oat straw color. Apple, apricot, fresh herbs, tropical fruit and faint Lady Banks rose floral aromas. Smooth, tense, chalky and a slightly slippery or oily mouthfeel, medium body and a 200-grit texture. Lively Granny Smith apple, ripe apricot, ginger, lemon, pineapple and lots of chalky mineral flavors. Pronounced crisp acidity and a long dry lemony and mineral finish. WOW, what an elegant and complex white wine. Excellent with the chicken dinner and excellent sipping without food. We called it an unusual and noteworthy white wine.
