Tasting:

He said: Served chilled. Crystal clear with a very pale greenish color. Ripe fruit aromas with hints of ripe Osage orange. Intense dusty mineral and citrus taste that has a wonderful crisp freshness in the lingering finish. In a word, this was OUTSTANDING!!! Layers of delicious tastes and a WONDERFUL fresh finish. This easily goes into our Quality wine at a Bargain price category…in spades!!!

She said: The prospect of an artichoke for dinner prompted me to request a white wine and Ray chose this one. What a great pick if your having an artichoke for dinner and even if your not. This is one great easy drinking wine! Light, refreshing, and fruity with a tad of mineral. It is as good as drinking fresh spring water on a hot day. With a long finish it delights the pallet from start to end. it was delicious with the artichoke and equally good with the grilled chicken and pasta in pesto sauce. It’s a Quality wine at a bargain price.
