Tasting:

He said: Chilled before drinking. Clear, light lemon color. Brisk citrus aroma. Light-medium body and dry; lemon, Florida grapefruit and ripe apple taste that has a perfect balance of sweet/tart from mid-palate all the way through the long mineral finish. At only $14.40 I would say it was a GREAT Sauvignon Blanc/Chardonnay blend that works remarkable well together. Refreshing flavors and LOTS of crispness and depth. As it warmed up there was more character and the last few sips were definite WOW’s!!!

She said: Clear, pale greenish yellow color. Good aroma with lots of grapefruit that faded on the palate as it headed for the long finish that was more about acidity and mineral than fruit. The mouth feel was light with a tiny touch of creaminess. It went very well with the brie and garlic, not so well with the salad, but overall it was a delicious wine that I would recommend and buy again, especially at only $14.40.
