Tasting:

He said: Chilled before opening. Clear oat straw color. Light apple and citrus aromas with a slight tad of floral. Fairly strong over ripe apple with lots of mineral and a tad of tartness in the taste. Creamy, smooth, long finish. Absolutely fantastic with the Greek chicken dinner and VERY nice sipping alone after the dinner. There is a very dry bitterness that went perfectly with the lemon flavors, but was equally delicious drinking alone. This is a five star white Bordeaux wine that’s a HUGE value for the price.

She said: Light yellow green color, clear and sparkling, lots of thin speedy legs (12.5%alcohol). Mild aromatic bouquet with a lovely full fruity flavor that lasted into the long finish. The wine has a medium body and is dry, smooth, and creamy. There is a lot going on as the wine passes over the palette making it more interesting. The wine went exceptionally with the dinner, complementing the lemon chicken. But I have to admit that after the dinner was done I found new things to enjoy in the wine. A great wine for sipping or with dinner and a fabulous bargain at under $15.
