Tasting:

He said: Opened one hour before drinking. Dark ruby red color with the same color rim. Fairly strong ripe cherry and damp earth aromas. A WOW, dry, smooth as silk, fruit taste that carries through a long finish with spicy hints at the very end. No shrinking violet here, it’s FULL of aromas and layers of flavors. Perfect with the (fairly hard to pair dinner) and absolutely delicious drinking after the dinner. This gets two thumbs up from and a loud hurrah from me!!! An OUTSTANDING soft Pinot Noir and a FANTASTIC (in bold caps) value for the price.

She said: Ruby red color with slight brown rim, translucent, with lots of thin charging downward legs. Lots if aroma with multiple scents that lead to a luscious dark cherry flavor. Dry, smooth and medium bodied the wine had soft tannins and a long finish that continued the delicious flavors and tannins. The wine went well with the dinner but was even better alone because the juicy cherry flavor blossomed. An outstanding wine and well worth the price. I LOVE it!!! Buy another bottle Ray.
