Tasting:

He said: Clear, straw color. Fragrant apple and hints of floral bouquet. Crisp, fresh, nice apple and mineral taste that goes right through the finish. A very good balance of taste and acidity. The floral hints in the bouquet follow through to the finish and add a very refreshing nature to the wine. Nice Italian white blend.

She said: I didn’t think I would like a wine with a mineral flavor but I was wrong. It was as delicious before lunch as well as with it. I could smell a hint of floral bouquet occasionally but the mineral taste of the wine predominates for me. Equally good with the sweet potato fires as with the mushroom sandwich, this wine was medium dry with medium body and a pleasant acidity that lasted into the mineral tasting finish

Comments: We had this wine at a restaurant, but at the wine store price (under $10) it would be a good value and a recommended buy.
