Tasting:

He said: Chilled before drinking. Cristal clear, almost colorless. Spring freshness that’s almost floral and light apple aromas. Nice bubbly mouth-feel, delicate fresh apple fruit taste with hints of an unusual mineral flavor and a finish that continues on and on and ends tart. Wonderful freshness, dry, easy drinking and very refreshing Prosecco.

She said: light yellow green color, clear with lots of central bubbles. A pleasant fresh aroma with hint of flora leads to a mouth experience that is slightly sweet at first but ends with a bit of tartness that lingers into a very long finish. The medium body gives depth and the acidity provides crispness to produce a very drinkable Prosecco. A good buy at $16.
