Tasting:

He said: Chilled before drinking. Almost colorless, maybe just a tiny hint of lemon yellow. Light floral and lemon citrus aromas. Smooth, distinct lemon taste that continues into the fairly short finish. Nice fresh lightly sparkling feel and VERY refreshing fruit flavors from start to finish. A captivating Prosecco with lots of mineral and a delicious mouth-feel that really whets your appetite. It was absolutely perfect with the chicken liver pate but also excellent with the lemon flavors in the clam dip. GREAT Prosecco at a very good price. Sealed with a traditional bottle cap that’s unique and provides easy and uneventful opening

She said: Pale greenish yellow color, clear, with stubborn legs that refuse to develop in a reasonable time. A citrus aroma with floral background leads to a light bodied mouth with a delicate citrus flavor that ends in a short finish. The wine was unbelievably good with the chicken liver that had a strong liver flavor and made it much better than it was alone. The crab dip was good with the wine but not enhanced by it. I loved the wine and would buy it again although it is a dollar over the bargain limit. OK, I admit it, I am a stickler for specifics. Buy it, you will love if you like prosecco!
